You will then be able to log in to your personal FreightNShipping.com dashboard, found under Shipping Tools. We use your information to contact you regarding quotes for shipments and to book your freight shipments on our Site, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. We use information gathered about you from our Site statistics (for example, your phone number and email address) to assist you with your shipping needs and to gather information to get you the lowest shipping rate available. We also gather broad demographic information from this data to help us further develop our Site and make your browsing and freight shipping experience more enjoyable. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information, except as necessary to prevent fraud or abuse on our system. Our Site uses cookies to keep track of your shipping details and for your receipts such as BOL (Bill Of Lading) Pre-Paid Shipping Labels. We use cookies to identify you so you don't need to log in each time you visit our Site in order to log in to your personal shipping dashboard. The cookies are linked to your customer number, which is associated with the information in your account. The Site also may contain links to other websites. For FreightNShipping Customers Only
When you complete a shipment with FreightNShipping, you grant WEB Shipping Corporation (i.e. FreightNShipping) express permission to share your name and contact information (as well as the "ship to" name and contact information, if different) with the freight carrier or carriers from which you scheduled a shipment, for the purposes of shipping and order completion only. By scheduling a shipment with a carrier, you are not granting that carrier consent to use your information for marketing or any other purposes unless you specifically "opt in" to do so. FreightNShipping has agreements with the carriers, we act as the freight forwarder, requiring them to maintain the privacy of your information. However, FreightNShipping is not liable for any improper use by freight carriers of your information. When you create a personal account (Dashboard) to view all of your personal shipments details, such as quote costs and carriers rates, you will be prompted to enter information about your business, including business name, e-mail address, and telephone number (all mandatory), in addition to an address, fax number, and pick up points (all optional). The business information that you enter will be publicly displayed on your dashboard page, and will be included in confirmation e-mails sent to you from the personal freight agent we assign to you for all your shipments.

This Site has security measures set in place in order to protect against the loss, alteration, or misuse of the information under our control.

Sending Emails
Electronic mail is our primary source of correspondence used to keep you informed of your shipping quote requests, to confirm your scheduled shipments, and to send you information that you have requested. We also provide email links, as on our contact us page, to allow you to contact us directly. We strive to quickly reply to your messages. The information you send us may be stored and used to improve our Site and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
We fully cooperate with government officials, law enforcement authorities, and private parties to comply with and implement the law. When needed, we may provide your information to third parties who require additional shipment information on various services on our behalf, such as processing credit card payments, BOL, the shipping of goods or services, and managing customer relationships. We will only share information about you that is absolutely necessary for the third party to provide the requested service. These companies are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing, or using your personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Supplementation of Information
In order to provide certain services to you, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submit to us with information from third party sources (e.g., information from our strategic partners, service providers, or the United States Postal Service). We do this so as to improve our ability to serve you, to adapt our products and services to you, and to offer you any products or services we believe may be of interest to you.

What Happens to My Personal Information If I Terminate My Shipping Account?
Upon the occasion your shipping account is cancelled (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed on "deactivated" status on our pertinent FreightNShipping, databases. However, deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database completely. If necessary, we will retain and use your personally identifiable information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
